Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TryItOn Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TryItOn ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the TryItOn extension, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TryItOn is a virtual try-on service that uses artificial intelligence to generate images showing how clothing items may look on you. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how garments will actually fit or appear in person.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TryItOn. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier
• Upload harmful, explicit, or illegal content

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan: Limited to 5 try-ons per day with standard quality.

Pro Plan ($9.99/month): Unlimited try-ons, HD results, priority processing, and additional features. Billed monthly through your chosen payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including our AI models, software, branding, and website content, is owned by TryItOn and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely to provide try-on results. This license terminates when your images are deleted from our servers.

Try-On Results: You may use try-on results for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not represent AI-generated results as real photographs.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Try-on results will accurately represent how clothing will look or fit
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results will be suitable for making purchasing decisions

Virtual try-on is a visualization tool, not a guarantee of fit or appearance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryItOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to unsatisfactory purchases made based on try-on results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
